Introducing CZD — a rebase token built on Binance Smart Chain (BSC) with unique transaction tax features that have never before been combined into a rebase token. Think BUSD, RFI, AMPL, BNB — all in one! A breakthrough and leap in rebase design and tokenomics that not only rebases itself every 10 hours to market supply & demand, but also burns🔥, rewards LPs and rewards 👨‍🌾farmers (stakers) each and every single transaction.

The CZD was a grass roots release ‒ no dev funds, no sales, no allotted tokens, no funny business. Just 3000 CZD and 3000 BUSD put into liquidity on Pancakeswap.

To prevent greedy bots from buying up initial supply, we are putting a 90% tax on the first 60 minutes. After which this will revert back to the standard 5% tax on transfers and sales and 0% tax on buys.

• 2.5% of each tx is sent to CZD/BUSD liquidity providers

How it works

Rebase

Every 10 hrs, CZD rebases itself to adjust to supply and demand of the market. CZD has a target price of 1 BUSD. The contract automatically takes a TWAP (Time-Weighted Average Price), which becomes the oracle and then expands or contracts the CZD supply accordingly. All wallets, pools, farms, etc rebase every 10 hrs.

When price is over the target price of 1 BUSD, it triggers a rebase — adding of coins and expansion of supply to all addresses. When price is under the target price of 1 BUSD, it triggers debase — removal of coins and contraction of supply from all addresses. The Rebase lag is 6. The Debase lag is 2. This unique feature gets debase periods over quicker while easing supply shocks during rebasing as we grow.

Rebase Formula:

Change = ((Oracle — target)/(target) ) / (lag)

Examples:

• Positive rebase adjusts by price difference / 6.

If the price is $1.10 the rebase is +1.667%.

• Negative rebase adjusts by price difference / 2.

If price is $0.90, rebase = -5%.

• I have 100 CZD, target price is $1, Oracle price (average of trades) is $1.10

((1.10–1)/(1))/6 (*10) = 1.667% Rebase.

100 CZD balance would now become 101.667 CZD. (100 * 1.01667)

**No Rebase happens when price is $0.95 — $1.05 as it is within the 5% of target price.

Liquidity Providers

CZD/BUSD liquidity provider’s balances also rebase. However as a LP, you get a 2.5% share of every single transfer or sale on top of the normal trading fees. So it pays to be an LP.

👨‍🌾Farming

You can elect to farm (stake) on the site. You simply take your CZD and deposit it. Doing this allows you to share the 0.83% fees from every transfer or sale. Once you seed (deposit) into the farm (staking pool), you are locked for 72hrs, after this you are free to keep farming (stay in staking pool) accruing rewards or harvest your yield (withdraw).

Adding to your staking balance resets your 24hr wait period. You can only withdraw your full balance and cannot withdraw CZD partially.

Mechanism

The farm (Staking contract) receives 0.83% from all CZD transactions.

When you stake, you deposit your tokens and the staking contract gives you a percent of its own token, called CZDollarStake (CZDS). Your CZDS %‒ownership correlates to your %–ownership of CZD in the staking contract (similar to Pancake LP tokens).

When you harvest (withdraw) your yield, it burns your CZDS, re-balances everyone’s %–ownership, and then sends you your CZD yields from the staking contract (based on your % ownership of it).

Example:

I deposit 50 CZD, and you deposit 100.

You own 66% of the pool.

If the stake pool has accumulated 100 CZD, and

You withdraw,

You will get 165 CZD — 0.66 * 250 (deposits plus total accrued)

Then there will be 85 CZD left in the pool until more deposits or transactions occur.

Ownership % only changes as people withdraw or deposit.

CZD is designed to be a community project with no premine launched stealthily on Pancake Swap. Liquidity is not burned and LPs will be incentivized heavily via the 2.5% fee per transaction so all liquidity becomes organic. Ultimately we believe all of the tools are here in the code. This is not just a fork and this is custom code and a breakthrough in rebase tokenomics and design that no project on any chain has done. We make no guarantees and this is not audited, however we have fully researched and reviewed and used AMPLs rebase code that has been audited multiple times while adding in the other tax features. CZD as it matures in marketcap and liquidity will get very stable, but it will be very volatile as it grows.
